Elissa L. Perry, Professor of Psychology and Education, Program in Social-Organizational Psychology, Teachers College, Columbia University.
Her research focuses on the role of demographic characteristics (e.g., age, generational membership, gender, race, disability) in human resource judgments and organizational outcomes. In addition, she is interested in the effectiveness of organizational interventions such as training and leadership development in reducing and managing discrimination. Elissa’s most recent scholarship is in the areas of inclusive leadership, sexual harassment, and the impact of organizational racial and gender diversity on organizational outcomes.
